Hello!
I have a healthy diet. For me, food plays a very important role in my life, because I care about my health and I try to be careful with my diet.
Every morning at breakfast I eat whole grains. Then I go to school and in the middle of the morning I like to eat fruit sometimes. At lunchtime, on Mondays and Thursdays, I have lunch at school, sometimes it’s a roast beef sandwich with lettuce in the school cafeteria but on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I always have lunch at home. At home I usually eat healthy foods like salads I make with various ingredients, or meat with rice or fish. Then for the common snack I like fruit or a yogurt and for dinner I prefer vegetable soup.
To keep in shape, I don’t do anything else besides eating healthy food and hiking. I’m an active person, but sometimes, once in a while, I just feel like staying on the couch, watching TV and surfing the net. I am a member of some online networks like Instagram and Facebook because it is a good way to meet new people, but I’m aware that we have to be careful because these social networks can be very useful, but they can also be dangerous.
It is very important to have a healthy diet and to have an active lifestyle, so that we are less likely to get sick.
To conclude, I think all people should belong to a social network because meeting new people and also getting to know their life stories can help us understand life’s problems and help us grow as people.
